Newly decorated rooms and an absolutely superb breakfast. Great beds. Excellent central location, next to the gorgeous conservatory as well as beautiful Lynmouth.

The units are huge, bright with a view in beautiful lynmouth. Nice touch to have a lounge and armchairs.

Liked our rooms with excellent views. The service was very good, the staff were competent and genuinely helpful. The hotel had a central setting by the sea.

The location in the restaurant b4 1500 was great. And it was also next to Lynmouth for one night stay after visiting relatives, Lynmouth esplanade, and the coast.

The restaurant here was excellent for breakfast, we both ordered delicious dishes. It was in an absolutely idyllic location very close to Lynmouth Beach.

Bright & huge rooms with a comfortable 4poster bed. Excellent service everywhere. Stunning restaurant, parking nearby.

I was upgraded to a huge king room. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom here was large. The location was great and brilliant, for example, a local museum was at a walking distance from the hotel.

Make sure you stay in the king room with a view.
